How much do the shipping costs cost me?
The prices of products offered on the web are indicated in euros (€), and include the VAT in force at the time of purchase.
The shipping costs for Peninsula, are xx euros and are indicated in the procedure and confirmation of the purchase. For Peninsula transport to your home will be carried out by transport agency xxxx and in case you are not at home at the time of delivery, the buyer will have several delivery attempts.
For purchases over xx Euros, and only for shipments to Peninsula, freights are free.

Will they let me know when they send?
In effect, you will receive an email the day we send the order.
If I place an order on a Friday, will I be able to receive it on Saturday?
On Saturdays the transport agencies do not deliver. So your order will not be able to receive it until Monday or Tuesday.
I want to send an order to a different address than my customer data, is it possible?
There is no problem. During the purchase process you will be asked for the shipping data, which by default are the ones indicated on your customer card, but you can modify them in each order you make if you want.

I have placed an order with payment by transfer, when does the delivery period of the purchase start?
In payments by bank transfer or account entry, the delivery period does not start until the transfer or entry is confirmed.
Transfer orders are canceled after 4 days without MarstonStyl having actual proof of payment. However, if it is received later, the order can be reactivated again.
I have placed an order with payment by credit card, but I do not know if payment has been completed.
Currently, all banking entities have profits to prevent fraud. Therefore, when you place the order and proceed to make the payment, you may ask for some additional key to the data that already has your credit card. In that case you should contact your bank or cashier to inform you about this, as in a problem outside our service.
Can I place an order and be billed on behalf of a company?
There is no problem, but keep in mind that you must register the company as a new customer if it is not yet registered, and place the order with the customer account of that company. This will automatically be invoiced with company data.
When you place the order, will I receive the invoice?
Our billing department will send you the invoice by mail within a maximum of 3 days.
If I buy something that does not satisfy me, can I return it?
The order can be returned only when the merchandise is received in bad condition and immediately notify MarstonStyl via email or telephone within a maximum of 24 hours upon receipt of the merchandise.
